We offer free 30-day returns for all unworn and undamaged items. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. The return window begins on the day your shipment is delivered.
Qualifying for a Return:
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn and undamaged with no visible signs of wear or tear.
- Returned in all original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch.
- Complete sets must be returned together; individual items cannot be returned for a refund.
How to Return an Online Purchase:
If you have a Navicia account:
- Log in to your account and select "My Orders".
- Locate your order and click "Return Items".
- Follow the instructions to download a return shipping label and arrange a drop-off or schedule a pickup for your return.
If you don't have a Navicia account:
- You can create an account and follow the steps above to initiate your return.
Additional Notes:
The original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed once received. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is complete.
